Welcome to the Studio 180 Design Exuberance Blog Hop! We are excited to announce our latest collaboration with Island Batik. This fun and joyous fabric collection features bright, bold colors and whimsical shapes that are unlike anything we’ve created before. We have some fantastic projects featuring Exuberance as well as projects done by six of our Certified Instructors, who were sent precuts to work with. Follow along this week as we provide you with some inspiration for our newest line.

The Rapid Fire® Hunter’s Star: Petite Star was the first tool that Deb designed and we love going back to some of our very first patterns and reimagine them in new colors. We started with Hot Flash making the quilt using the vivid blues, purples, and pinks of Exuberance. The marvelous prints give this top movement!

Fanfare features half square triangles made with the Tucker Trimmer® I and half rectangle triangles made with the Split Rects® tool. This fun quilt looks amazing in Exuberance. We love how the border ties all of the gorgeous colors in the quilt together.

Yankee Pride will make you an expert in flying geese. Use the Wing Clipper® I to make multiple sizes of these units and put them together in the vivid Exuberance colors. This gorgeous quilt makes quite an impact using just one basic unit!

Our Certified Instructors have come up with some of their own projects using 2 1/2" strips, 10" squares, and fat quarters. Make sure to stop by their blogs to see some stunning Exuberance quilts.

Monday March 27th – Diana Mann of Murgaboo Quilts
Tuesday March 28th – Tina Dillard of Quilting Affection Designs
Wednesday March 29th – Karen Overton, The Quilt Rambler
Thursday March 30th – Phyllis Fay of Tucker University
Friday March 31st – Amy Costabile from Amy’s Quilt Room
Saturday April 1st – Raija Salomaa of Quilter’s Treasure Chest

On Sunday April 2nd we will wrap up the week here on our blog, showing you some more quilts in Exuberance. Monday April 3rd, we have a special free project you won’t want to miss! Our furry friends at Studio 180 Design have given it their stamp of approval. Exuberance is arriving in shops now.
